The UNO Office Climate Committee Records (1989-1990) includes printed and photocopied correspondence, agendas, minutes, memos, the indoor air quality questionnaire, questionnaire data, survey respondents' comments, ventilation standards, articles and government studies about indoor air quality, and the findings and recommendations of the Office Climate Committee, a joint committee of University of Nebraska at Omaha Administration and the UNO branch of the American Association of University Professors. The committee's findings and recommendations covered the topics of smoking in campus buildings, office temperature variations, the responsiveness of Physical Plant personnel, accommodation of people with health limitations and chemical sensitivity, HVAC system maintenance, humidification, scheduling of pollution-generating projects, and staff education regarding indoor air contaminants.
