Weber, Delbert D.
Dr. Delbert D. Weber was Chancellor of the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1977 until his retirement in 1997. Prior to that, he served as assistant to the president and secretary of the Board of Trustees at Cleveland State University (1965-1969) and professor and dean of education at Arizona State University (1969-1977). After his time at UNO, he served as president of the Omaha Community Foundation (1997-2002) and member of the Board of Directors of the Omaha Public Power District (1997-2015). He was King of Ak-Sar-Ben in 1989. He holds degrees from Midland College (Bachelor's) and the University of Nebraska--Lincoln (Master's and Doctorate). He and his wife, Lou Ann, have three children.

The King of Ak-Sar-Ben Goblet Collection consists of four silver goblets awarded to University of Omaha Presidents and University of Nebraska at Omaha Chancellors by the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben. Philip Milo Bail received two in 1955 and 1974, Ronald W. Roskens received one in 1980, and Delbert D. Weber received one in 1990.
