Queer and Trans Services (QTS) "is an agency and student organization that supports students who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans spectrum, queer spectrum, intersex, asexual, gender spectrum, and sexuality spectrum (LGBTQIA+). Any student is welcome regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Throughout the year, [QTS] provides community sexual health resources and LGBTQIA+ programming. Students involved attend local, regional (e.g. MGBTLACC), and national conferences (e.g. Camp Pride; Creating Change)."--Organization's website, April 2016.
The Queer and Trans Services (QTS) student agency is part of the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, based in the Milo Bail Student Center. Prior to April 2016, QTS was called Gender and Sexual Orientation (GSO).

Content Description The records of the Queer and Trans Services (formerly Gender and Sexual Orientation) student agency include posters and fliers, handmade signs for protests or rallies, training and orientation material, office files, photos, and other material. Some of the handmade signs were made and used in response to an itinerant evangelical preacher who frequently visits campus and espouses his beliefs that include condemnation and hate outside of the Milo Bail Student Center.
