The second series of records comprises the other financial records of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Municipal University of Omaha, and University of Omaha, including OU/UNO Financial Statements, 1943-2009; Audit Reports, 1931-1954; Bursar's Annual Reports, 1931-1939, Annual Reports, 1940-1950; Budget Letters to Personnel, 1954-1958; Budget Preparation, 1948-1967; Manual of Classification of Expenditure by Object and Revenue by Source, 1977-1986; and Budget requests, 1977/1978, 1980/1981, and 1984/1985. The third series of records comprises the budget books, including Municipal University of Omaha Budget Books, 1950/1951-1967/1968; University of Nebraska (system-wide) Budget Books/Budget Requests, 1967/1968-present (some gaps); University of Nebraska (system-wide) Personnel Rosters (which include the salaries of all faculty and staff), 1989/1990-present.

Archives & Special Collections holds CD-ROMs for 2003, 2005/2006, 2010/2011, and 2011/2012. Access to the volumes for 1971/1972 through 2002/2003 is restricted due to the presence of social security numbers.
The University of Nebraska Budget Books and Personnel Rosters for 1971/1972 through 2002/2003 are closed to research or public access. Consult Archives & Special Collections staff for assistance.
