Inscription side one: EIA/Electronic Industries Alliance/Presented to/THE HONORABLE CHUCK HAGEL/U.S. SENATOR-NEBRASKA/For Outstanding Leadership on behalf of/the United States/Electronic Industries Alliance/May 2003 Trapezoid base, sides numbered clockwise from front Side One: adhesive residue around plate, concentrated top center, gouge along seam bottom right Side Two: One scratch top center, minor scratch botom right Side Three: two scratches, bottom left and center right Side four: corrosion damange along seams of base, rop right and bottom center and cottom right; two long scratches running from top right to top center; minor scratch top right; three major chips and two minor chips right corner seam Top of base: scratch center above side one, natural separation front left; minor scratches above sides two and four; deep scratch above side three Base of top piece is cracked from from teh front tothe right side/ areas of attachment to rings show signs of fracture in the finish; adhesive residue and grime on rob; serious gouge on top; velet on bottom of base

Artifacts are stored in a variety of ways and number hundreds of items. Audio Files and Videos are in digital form and accessed online or on an external hard drive.)
