Zanon, Greg

Greg Zanon (b. 1980) was a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, class of 2003. He played hockey for the UNO Mavericks (4 seasons), and he became the team's co-captain and leading defenseman. He went on to play hockey professionally. He played for the Milwaukee Admirals, Nashville Predators, Minnesota Wild, Boston Bruins, Colorado Avalanche, San Antonio Rampage, and Florida Panthers. As of 2015, he is an unrestricted free agent with the National Hockey League.

Scope and Contents The orange and black Easton Synergy brand hockey stick was signed by UNO Hockey player Greg Zanon for Beau Malnack. The autograph reads “Thanks for Everything Greg Zanon.” Zanon’s last name is written at the top of the stick.
