The King of Ak-Sar-Ben Goblet Collection consists of four silver goblets awarded to University of Omaha Presidents and University of Nebraska at Omaha Chancellors by the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben. Philip Milo Bail received two in 1955 and 1974, Ronald W. Roskens received one in 1980, and Delbert D. Weber received one in 1990.
The UNO Engineering/IST Collection comprises paper files relating to the 1995 creation of the College of Information Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, covering the period from 1993 through 1996. The UNO Course Catalogs and Class Schedules Collection consists of course catalogs and class schedules from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and its predecessor the Municipal University of Omaha (OU). Undergraduate and graduate course catalogs cover the period from 1911 until 2012. Spring, fall, summer, and evening class schedules cover the period from 1910 until 2001, with some gaps in coverage, particularly with pre-1968 materials.
The UNO Parking Collection comprises University of Nebraska at Omaha Campus Security parking rules, regulations, and campus maps (1963 to the present); reports, proposals, and studies relating to parking, garages, and traffic flow on campus (1970 to 1994); and newspaper clippings about campus parking from the Gateway and various Omaha-area newspapers (1937 to 1982, predominantly from 1970 to 1982).
The UNO Procedures Collection consists of a small number of procedural manuals originating from various departments within the University of Nebraska at Omaha. The manuals date from about 1977 through about 2004.
The UNO Student Handbooks collection consists of official student handbooks issued by the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and its predecessor the Municipal University of Omaha (OU). Available handbooks span the period from 1929/1930 through 1995/1996.
